Bachelor of Business Management Honours in Human Resource Management

This program has been offered with the intention of making students professionals in the area of human resource management. It is aimed to give theoretical and practical understanding in relations to the areas which will be need students to manage employees within organization. Practical situation related with theatrical concepts will be discussed during lectures in order to prepare students for the real-world scenarios. In the final semester students are required to gain experience of practical HRM scenarios by working in organizations under the supervision of the academic mentors and an appointed working manager. A record book has to be maintained by the students during the internship. Further, students are required to produce a research report based on an independent study of selected HRM related issues. A supervisor is appointed for each student.
